Does it come with knives?

No. The roll ships empty. The knives in the photos show how it's used; your own knives and tools go in the pockets.

Will my chef's knife fit?

Open, the roll is 13.9 in (35.3 cm) tall, with 22 pockets in two rows, sized for chef's knives, slicers, paring knives and small tools. Measure very long or very wide blades first.

How does it close?

Roll it up from one end, wrap the two straps around it and carry it by the handle on top.

What is it made of?

Oxford cloth, a sturdy woven fabric. Wipe it with a damp cloth to clean it, and let it dry open if it gets wet.

Will it fit in my backpack?

Rolled up it's 13.9 x 5.3 in (35.3 x 13.5 cm), so it fits most backpacks and lockers. Check your local rules before carrying knives in public.
