It runs from its USB cable, so it plugs into the USB phone-charger plug you already own, a laptop or a power bank. No special socket needed.

How bright is it?

It's a mood lamp, made for a warm glow rather than lighting a whole room. Stepless dimming lets you turn it up to read a few pages or right down for a film.

How tall is it?

40 cm tall, with a 32 cm wide pleated shade on a 12 cm round base. It fits a standard nightstand or side table.

Is the black one black all over?

No. The black version has a black pleated shade on the same white wavy stem and white base as the cream one.

How do I clean the pleated shade?

Unplug it, then dust the pleats with a soft, dry brush. Keep it away from water.
